• Initial meeting with the couple to gather information (Zoom, Skype or FaceTime) or an email interview for overseas Clients,
• Assistance with gathering all required documents to meet the legal requirements for a legal wedding in French Polynesia,
• Assistance with coordinating with the chosen City Hall and processing paperwork in French Polynesia : check that the papers were received in French Polynesia + co-ordinate the day for the legal process,
• Develop and write a personalized ceremony that recognizes your unique personalities, and that brings your vision of the perfect ceremony come to life,
• Provide unlimited email consultation while creating the ceremony until full satisfaction over its content; you have final approval over the wedding ceremony script,
• Select and make appointment with a photographer and/or videographer,
• Select and make appointment with a hairstylist and/or make-up artist,
• Arrange for flower bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s), lei(s), or crown(s),
• Arrange for a ceremony location to suit your vision of the perfect ceremony in a Tahitian Island, and transportation to get you there,
• Thinking of a romantic dinner? I’ll help you with that, too,
• Provide a detailed timeline for the day, so you know exactly how the day will flow,
• Facilitate all payments to hired vendors, so you can save on fees,
• Closer to the date, confirmation with all vendors.
• Provide a day-of elopement coordinator to act as your officiant and perform your celebratory ceremony in your Tahitian Island of choice,
• Gift a keepsake copy of the ceremony,
• (Day-of coordinator) to act as the sworn translator (English) at the City Hall, act as one of your mandatory witnesses and provide the other one as well, as needed,
• Get the paperwork processed in Papeete and stamped to be valid back in your home country,
• Coordinate any change of plans with hired vendors, in case… you know, of anything!

* When flying to Bora Bora or to any other Tahitian Island, our wedOtahiti representative will spend a minimum of a day, sometimes more, travelling your way for your ceremony and back. When working Bora Bora weddings (or anywhere outside of Moorea), we will take care of our own accommodation when the flights’ schedule does not allow our representative to make the return flight on the same day. Flight fare to your location is charged at best available rates.
