• Research and arrange the wedding and/or dinner location(s), as well as catering (incl. food, beverage and cake) for the wedding dinner,
• Select and make appointment with a photographer and/or a videographer as needed,
• Select and make appointment with a hair stylist and/or make-up artist,
• Arrange for flower bouquets and/or leis or crowns as needed,
• Research and arrange the entertainment (live musicians and/or dj and/or sound system), and coordinate equipment rentals as needed,
• Research and sample décor ideas, according to the theme and colors you’ve provided, and flower arrangements,
• Book the selected vendors,
• Closer to the date, confirmation with all vendors,
• Provide itineraries (a detailed timeline for the day), “Day Of” checklists and reminders,
• Set up of décor items (coordinator + 1 assistant on the day),
• Orchestrate set up of ceremony and reception location(s),
• Assist the couple and wedding party throughout the day,
• Act as liaison between the wedding party and the vendors (incl. Photographer),
• Ensure that the day flows smoothly,
• Handle any last minute emergencies,
• Distribute final payments.
